Bobby Kashani

President

Bobby founded Olive Avenue Homes as a coastal luxury residential developer. His background includes more than $120 million in completed residential projects over an eight-year period and more than $40 million in joint-venture developments, where he served as a capital partner.

His projects have focused on coastal markets, particularly Downtown Huntington Beach, Newport Beach’s Peninsula and Lido Island, Corona del Mar, West Los Angeles and Santa Monica.

Before development, Bobby owned and operated Parse Wealth Management, an independent investment advisory and wealth management firm serving affluent investors. He directed investment activities, oversaw securities portfolio management, managed capital relationships and led day-to-day operations, alongside the firm’s financial planning and credit-related services.

He began his banking career with Wells Fargo Bank and Wells Fargo Investments, later joining Bank of America as a Client Wealth Manager in Newport Center and Fashion Island. He studied finance, economics and investments at California State University, Fullerton, earning a bachelor’s degree in finance. His professional background includes a California real estate broker’s license and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

Bobby lives in Huntington Beach with his wife and two children. An avid surfer, he also enjoys reading about history and antiquity.

Max Kashani

President · KBEC Construction Inc.

Max is President of KBEC Construction Inc., the exclusive general contractor for Olive Avenue Homes. A master builder with more than 40 years of residential and commercial development experience, he has overseen more than 70 distinctive luxury homes since 2005, including some of Orange County’s most sought-after properties.

His career began with hands-on work across the many aspects of construction and design. He founded his company in 1998 and later joined his son Bobby, bringing extensive experience in construction design, building and high-end interior fine carpentry to the custom-home process.

Max studied engineering and architecture and earned master’s-level qualifications in multiple engineering fields. He holds a California general contractor’s license and serves as Olive Avenue Homes’ exclusive builder in Huntington Beach.

Max lives in Anaheim Hills with his wife. His design sensibility draws on extensive travel, sacred geometry, natural forms and the history of modern design.

Gray Gardner

VP of Construction

Gray is a seasoned builder and designer focused on luxury property development. Starting early in construction, he developed hands-on expertise in design, floor planning, team management, construction sequencing and quality control.

His work spans the United States, most notably California and Massachusetts, as well as resort communities in Central America, where he has overseen several hundred luxury residences. Years of collaboration with architects, designers and builders have given him a practical understanding of both aspirational design and high-level construction.

Gray lives in Huntington Beach with his wife and two children. A talented surfer and diver, he is also an avid reader who brings an intellectually curious approach to building.

Eric Trabert

Architectural design · ETA

Eric Trabert and Associates Inc. (ETA) is an award-winning Southern California architectural design firm known for distinctive, innovative and inspiring custom homes.

ETA’s relationship with Olive Avenue Homes spans more than six years as its exclusive architect. Eric and his team design and manage every architectural aspect of the company’s homes.

The firm has appeared on television as lead architects for high-profile personalities building custom homes. Its portfolio includes hundreds of notable Orange County properties in Newport Coast, Corona del Mar, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Covenant Hills and other sought-after coastal markets.

Eric’s awards include the Award of Merit for California Best Custom Home; the MAME Special Award of Excellence, recognizing Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence; and the Silver Best in American Living Award for Best One-of-a-Kind Custom Home.

Brian Wollner

Real estate · Compass

Brian’s residential real estate career spans nearly 15 years, with hundreds of properties sold throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. He brings detailed knowledge of local communities and market conditions, following stock-market data, treasury bonds and real estate supply and demand to help clients decide when and how to act.

Honest advice comes first—even when that means walking away from a deal. As Brian puts it, “There is a magic moment when the home or property just feels right, that’s what we are looking for.”

His white-glove approach means direct, one-to-one service from start to finish, without handing clients off to a secondary agent or assistant. Preparation, staging and marketing are central to his work helping sellers achieve the best result.

Brian aims to make the process exciting rather than stressful through clear communication, determined negotiation and close attention to every detail.

Outside real estate, Brian enjoys surfing, fishing and time at his cabin in Big Bear. A California State University, Fullerton graduate, he lives in Huntington Beach with his wife Brooke, their son Max and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
